Overview

Quick Dial in Smart Office Connect is a feature that enables you to speed up your daily calls and add a BLF for monitoring. However, when setting up a number to be quick-dialed, you may find that it doesn't work as expected. 

Solution

To use Quick Dial in Smart Office Connect you will need to use the SIP user ID as the URI, rather than the phone number (DID):

This is currently a product limitation, and quick-dial will otherwise not work.

Verification

Once using a DID, the quick-dial feature will work as expected.
