Overview
Using a firewall wish Smart Office Connect may cause some connectivity issues if the correct ports are blocked. In this article, we list the ports that are required to be open to work with Smart Office Connect.
Solution
In terms of a traditional firewall, the following ports need to be open and accessible for Smart Office Connect to establish a connection successfully:
- 443 / TCP
- 4998 / UDP
- 4998 / TCP
- 24998 / TCP
- 5060 / SIP
- 5070 / SIP
- 5061 / SIP
Note: Please be aware that Kandy does not support SIP ALG, and that it may cause connectivity issues unless disabled.
