Occasionally, you may wish to stop receiving VoIP calls on any of the versions of Smart Office Connect. In this article, we provide a quick overview of how calls can be stopped for a given client.
The process to stop Smart Office Connect from showing incoming calls depends on the specific version:
- In the desktop version, logging out is as easy as clicking on the tray icon and selecting Quit:
- In the mobile client, you will need to head over to Settings, where you can set the Incoming Calls to Off instead of Push Notification. This will stop incoming calls and messages, and will have the same effect as logging off:
- Note that you can also change the active Subscriber under Settings > Account Setup.
- Alternatively, you can switch to Do Not Disturb mode, which will reject all calls and make them appear as missed:
