You cannot deactivate users on Apimarket Portal.

Solution
The most common root cause for this is the portal being out of sync. Follow the Apimarket Portal is Out of Sync institutions to address this, then try deactivating users again.
If the issue persists, reach out to Support team and share all the issue details.

- Log into Apimarket and find the customer account.
- If the tenant is Out of Sync, Follow the Apimarket Portal is Out of Sync institutions to share the script with the customer and ask them to verify if the issue persists after that.
- If the tenant is in sync, navigate to the Users tab, select the user that has to be deactivated, and click on Options -> Disable.
