You noticed that the Apimarket Portal is Out of Sync.

Solution
The most common root cause for this is that to apply any changes, you need to download the Powershell script and run it to update changes on the MS Teams side.
To address this, on the Apimarket portal click on View Tenant Details and then on Get new Powershell script:
Run the Powershell script downloaded (if needed, refer to the instructions by following the link from the Tenant Details page above).

In such cases, the first thing is to verify that the issue is there by logging into Apimarket and finding the customer account. If the tenant is indeed Out of Sync, navigate to View Tenant Details and generate a new script with Get new Powershell script. Share the script with the customer and ask them ti run it.

Verification
After the script completes successfully, verify that the message is no longer there.
