While it is possible to use Smart Office Connect to work with Kandy, on occasion, you will need to test a real VoIP phone. In these cases, you can configure any VoIP to be provisioned through ZTP (Zero Touch Provisioning), and work with Kandy as required.
In order to provision a physical VoIP phone, you will need to follow these steps:
- Add the device to the Kandy Portal.
- Assign the device to any existing account you wish to work with.
- Factory reset the phone to initiate the ZTP process.
Once this process has been completed, you should be able to make and receive calls in the same manner as you would via Smart Office Connect.
