Overview

You are trying to access the voicemail of a subscriber, and you are wondering how to do it.

Solution

You can access your mailbox from an external line by calling:

Access Number + #, then 

Phone number + #, then

PIN + #

The Access Number defined in your End User Portal:

EUP > Service > Voicemail

Parameters > Access Number

You can also set the VM pin from that same tab

An administrator can also set a subscriber's Voicemail PIN from the subscriber's record in the KBS Portal (Fulfillment > Users > Subscribers); the PIN must be at least 6 digits and cannot be a single repeated digit or a consecutive sequence of digits.
