Overview

You observe that after parking a call, the call is being disconnected after 1 minute.

Solution

By default, parked calls are expected to drop after 1 minute.

You can extend this time by enabling auto retrieve and setting the auto retrieve timer in the EUP of the subscribers (service settings tab) to up to 350 seconds.
