It is possible for Subscribers in the Kandy Busines Solutions Portal to create simple and advanced routing rules that are active under any of the configurable conditions. In this article, we will review the area
- Access to the End User Portal for the subscriber that needs to be configured.
To access a Subscriber's End User Portal, you only need to open the user inside the Organization view and click on the USER PORTAL link on the Subscriber page.
To set up advanced routing rules in your End User Portal, you will need to head to the Routing pane and click on Advanced Routing. Note that this will disable any basic routing rules you had set up before.
To add a route, click Add Route and configure the conditions, routes, and exceptions as required. Please be aware that any routes that you create will apply in the order they appear; if there's an overlap between rule conditions, the first rule will apply before checking the second rule.
You can change the order of the rules by clicking on the arrow icons on the right:
