Overview

You may be wondering whether it is possible to display the times for the CDRs in the Assurance reports in the KBS Portal using a time other than UTC.

Solution

It is presently not possible to produce the reports with times in any other timezone than UTC. If this is required for any compliance reason, it will be necessary to convert the dates manually.
